R & L has been building in Gillette since 1971. We draw the plans, build the cabinets in our own shop and do the work with our own crew, so the person who measures your kitchen is the person who hangs the doors.

We are the local dealer and installer for Minnkota windows, built in Fargo, North Dakota, and guaranteed for life. Replacement or new construction, in steel, fiberglass or wood.

Call or stop by the office. We come out, measure and talk through what you want. You get a written estimate, free in town. Drawings are done in-house, and our crew builds it.

R & L Contractors is a family-owned, faith-based business that has been building in Gillette since 1971. Randy runs the company and talks to customers himself, from the first call through the final walk-through.
The company is insured and bonded, and two master carpenters lead the work.
